    This was to replace the same model i’ve had for a while which i dropped which made the steam button faulty. Over the years i have tried them all but the Philips Azur has proved to be the best , its lightweight but solid, the removable calc bracket works great, to my knowledge the Azur is the only iron with this device.It removes creases with just one slow motion slide, but i must admit using a reflective ironing board cover and deionized water makes using the iron even better.

    I had a previous Azur which I loved but when it came to replace it I stupidly went for a Russell Hobbs which was dreadful. This iron is brilliant and I won’t be buying a different brand again.

    What a great iron! No more going up and down several times to get the creases out of clothes, this iron gets the crinkles out straight away!It drinks a lot of water, but I guess that’s due to all the steam coming out to straighten out the clothes
