Initially I was put off by the one other review but I liked the look of the toaster so I did some research on other reviews across the net and found lots of positive reviews so I took a chance and I am glad I did. The toaster is attractive and reasonably priced. It does indeed toast both sides of the bread and I have used all 4 slots to check it out.Although I have not tried the defrost setting yet I see no reason why it won’t work and therefore I would definitely recommend this toaster.
