    So far so good! Very big machine, and very quiet, even on high spin speed.Remember to take out all of the packaging and the screwed braces that hold the drum still for shipping. It’s all in the instructions.

    This washing machine arrived 2 days after purchase in good condition.It was easy to install and the large drum size is excellent for family use.What makes this a 5 star product is the customer service.I noted that the product had been significantly discounted after the period I had purchased it.I contacted AO and they were happy to refund the difference, no quibbles, outstanding!

    Only used one day but looks well made and runs smoothly and quietly. Washing was clean! However, I find the main programs too long so will often wash smaller quantities on quickwash program which only allows around 2 kg. Could do with a general program on full load no more than 1 hour. 2 hrs, 45 minutes seems too long for main program.
