I have tried so many electric kettles and eventually they have gone wrong after a couple of years. I have now bought this Bosch as it has got v good reviews and, so far, I am not disappointed. It’s black, it’s sleek, it’s quiet, it does the job and fingers crossed it will go the extra mile – so far so very good.

This is my second Bosh I had my first one was 5 years ago. Bosh such a good make. The modle has been up graded. Far more slick very smooth plus I have the wrack to heat scones etc. I do like the rubber grips on the bottom no slipping around on the units. The old one still works but looks tiered (in the shed as a back up). The new modle is so much better. OK I could have got a much cheaper one, but I think the price is fair for what you get. You don’t have to have it too hight to toast I use setting 2. Very happy with this product.

We ordered this after a lot of reading of reviews- so difficult as there are always some which are very negative. The Bosch seemed to be generally favourably reviewed and we have been delighted with it. It looks really good and has suckers on the feet to keep it stable which is good. It toasts very well – quick and even – and the temperature control seems very accurate. We have not experienced anything negative to say and would definitely recommend it.

I’ve had & used it since March 9, 2024, so for exactly 1 month. I’ll try and remember to update this in 1 and in 2 years’ time, which is for what counts really (durability, no bad surprise etc).I am so far very happy with this kettle.The cream colour could be creamier for me – it’s more ‘almond’ really (kind of posh/stylish, rather than country style) and less on the yellow side than my cream toaster. That’s it for what could be better.Yes it’s heavy, but I take it as a sign of quality, plus why buy weights for exercise if you don’t want to lift a kettle? It’s good for you.What I love, love: It has, as another reviewer said with the same utter delight as I now do, 2 filters! One that’s fixed – no risk of loosing -, and the other, with finer mesh, looks extremely securely attached, and sturdy too.Other things I love: quick, and relatively quiet – quite quieter than my former one.As for it being plastic, I’m resigned that with every kettle – including stainless steel and other non-plastic, as you’ll see on reviews for those too – you’ll always have some smell develop if you leave the hot water there for hours: I’ve become used to changing the water most times I use it (throw leftover, refill), so this is not a problem.

Impressed by how well built and sturdy this kettle feels. The base is solid and you can unfurl the cable for a longer reach. The kettle boils quickly and quietly, and turns off as soon as it reaches temperature. The pour is spot on. Price-wise, a little bit more expensive than some budget kettles but keep your eyes open for Amazon deals on price (aim for £30). Aesthetically, I think it could be better, but if this Bosch kettle lasts over 10 years like our last one did then I will be happy.

What you would expect from Bosch, good build, simple to understand and use. It has suckers to keep it in one place on the work surface. Took a while to get the settings right, as I did not believe how low down it needed turning to toast. Easy to get bread out. Not quite big enough tor sourdough loaves, but neither was our much larger duality.

Not only does this toaster look good it is very easy to use. It has many settings to get your toast just as you like it! It’s very compact and looks very stylish on my counter top.
