Ordered the washing machine last Thursday at 4.30pm, it arrived the nxt day Friday at just gone 9.30am, now that’s what I call 1st class speedy delivery 🤗 The machine it’s self is brilliant, very easy to use, fantastic 1 touch so no having to push different buttons for temp, speed extra. Nice load size 10kg, great value for the price and it came in my fave colour BLACK 🤗 really nice looking and low noise 10/10

Lovely washing machine, but unfortunately the installers went away having left the transit bolts in place. Hence, when the first wash reached the spin cycle the machine was in distress – made an awful noise and walked itself across the kitchen floor. This was duly reported to Amazon who made arrangements for the machine to be collected. We are currently waiting for a similar replacement machine to be delivered. Such a shame as the installers must surely be aware of these bolts. This was the £30 service charge.

Best washing machine I’ve had it is quieter than any I’ve had before the drum is big great value for money the programs are easy to select and use fits well in the space the 1400 spin performance is great not very noisy would highly recommend

Love the washing machine, just the right size, first I must say the first one that came had quite a few dents, it put me off, thinking it was dropped, but I did have a great speedy helpful response from Amazon, they really did well, they took the one with dents away and the next 2 days we had a replacement, it was a brilliant service. Now the washing machine working fine as far as I know, we came across an issue with large bath towels, there was 3 large bath towels in the washer and it made a loud knocking noise, I took the other 2 out and it was working fine, got to say knowing they were wet they weighed quite a bit, so hopefully someone can help me on this… is this why it was making a noise due to the weight? It is a 10kg myself I would of thought it might of been ok with 3 large bath towels. If anyone had this experience please reply back, really appreciate it.

Great washing machine started off noisy and walking around kitchen tgen i remembered to 4 transport bolts out back took them out its now ever so quiet washes great drains great cant complain cracking washing machine deffo a great buy

Looks good and easy to use it says a 10 yr guarantee but when you register it they charge you £5 a month when ask them why they say to pay for call out cost.

My washer arrived yesterday , the delivery men were so polite and helpful ,unpacked and fitted for me . The quality of the washer is amazing , I am looking forward to using it and I am sure I will be happy with the performance and efficiency. A very pleased customer.
