Igenix IG4350 Corded Kettle 2,200 W – 3.5 L, Stainless Steel
This Igenix corded kettle has a 3.5 L capacity and features a lift off lid. This product has a boil – dry protection as well as overheat protection. The power cord is detachable and there is a power on light indicator. This product also benefits from an auto switch off on boil feature. It is recommended you only boil the amount of water you require to use as this will reduce your energy and ensure your kettle does not fill up with limescale effecting the efficiency of your kettle.

I use it to heat water to wash down horses after exercise. I was going to install a hot shower which would have cost a lot of money, hesitated and bought this instead. It’s great – heats 3.5L while I am washing down, then I pour it into a bucket and put it on again. I fill it from a big milk container. Good budget solution to a fancy problem

I bought 2 of these when my boiler broke down in the middle of a house renovation. There’s no point to fix the boiler since it’s getting replaced in a few weeks so we needed just enough water to shower. These massive 3.5L kettles provide sufficient boiling water for a comfortable shower, provided you mix it with cold water (~15-16L litres of 40C water). For extra luxury, I’m considering one of those camping shower bags.Good times.

It’s like an old fashioned kettle, large and seemingly well built. I shall be interested to see if it lasts longer than the average Chinese made kettle so if it exceeds 6 months it’s a winner

It’s brilliant holds enough water to not have to keep filling it with water. Quiet boil. If you’ve a large family and need several cups of tea/coffee all at same time this is perfect.
