Easy, light, cheap and perfect for limescale on shower door for example.Cable seems to be short though. I can only cover one roomAlso, not sure what it’s supposed to do on carpets. Frankly, I tried but wouldn’t bother again

Item arrived open, this pick is what the Hermes driver took why can’t items just arrive new because to me if its been opened regardless of weather its been removed from box or not it now becomes a used item or open box, I pay for a new item so should get a new factory sealed item as with this review you instantly become suspicious, love the colour shape and extras but cannot completely review as I have not used it yet but will soon…so sorry can’t give it five stars as it was open still no one acts on any of these reviews…today I unpacked the item and was very easy to set up has a pivot in middle of handle so easy to fold unfold lots of spare bits for cleaning other than floors.Window , brushes, fine point the usual stuff velcroed the cloth on and clipped the glide cover over it, comes with a jug and funnel to fill it and a dial for the amount of steam req, its the on and off switch to.Well it heated up in about 45 seconds and steams really well the floor came up lovely, you can use a solution in it so I am now online looking for some as I want an antiseptic or germ killer for the crapper.So as long as this continues to work I give it a five star rating nice unit……

I pointed it at a live bed bug which died so it definitely gets hot enough at about half power.It has a lot of attachments so it’s good for getting into small nooks and crannies. One particular attachment makes a focused jet.Don’t know what I’m going to use it for now they’re gone. To clean…?

I am so happy with my steamer. I have never used one before so wasn’t sure what to expect. This cleans just about anything and makes cleaning so much easier. With the accessories I can just go over something with the steamer wipe with a cloth and it’s done. Plus I know I am getting rid of nasty bacteria with no harsh chemicals.It’s light weight, easy to use and with the attachments can get to hard to reach places easily. It’s great as a floor mop too.
