Love the way the steam keeps coming and it powers through cotton superking sized sheets and duvets. I don’t use it for everyday ironing as it is heavy to lift from where I store it but when it is needed it really does reduce ironing time. It is also reliable, still going strong over a year after purchase, easy to descale ( it tells you when it is time) and I use my NORMAL ironing board – absolutely no need for anything else. I balance it on my worktop and have the ironing board right next to it.

Bought for my mother aged 88, so needed light iron. She is hard to please but loved this product, said it was very good, excellent steam. Its expensive but it ticked all the boxes I needed so was worth it!

I’ve always loathed ironing and gave up on bedding years ago – that was until I found this little gem a couple of years ago! Bought on Amazon’s market place, it was an utter bargain (very slight cosmetic marks – who cares). Does what it says on the tin – breezes through ironing and is especially amazing with pure cotton and linen. Not sure I’m even using it to its full potential – I tend to switch on and go. Love the powerful steam and big water tank.Downsides – the entire unit is heavy and bulky to store, and I can find the locking mechanism a bit fiddly sometimes. I tried descaling for the first time last week and cannot get the pipe to stay in despite reading the instructions over and again so gave up.All in all the best iron I’ve ever had and I’d struggle to go back to a normal steam iron.

This iron lasted many years. I found it easy to use, I have arthritis in both hands so I always fill the ironwhen it is in place. Ready to order a new one.

I was not 100% sure about this iron as the reviews for more well know brands were very good and higher pressure.I can honestly say this is more than adequate and would match a more expensive brand. I love ironing now and can get through it so much quicker than before. This is definitely value for money if you don’t want to spend £250 on a steam generator iron. Nice and light and the cord tidies away for easy storage!I honestly thought I would be sending this back but its has really impressed me. It holds 2 litre’s of water which is great, you don’t keep having to fill up! And the pressure is 6 bar, powerful enough to steam through a pile of ironing! (Pardon the pun). If only it could fold them up and put them away too!

This must be my fifth steam generator iron. Gone back to Morphy Richards this time. Very happy with it. Good steam when you need it but gentler setting when less steam is required

I loathe ironing!!!! or at least I did until the purchase of this fabulous steam generator iron.Firstly the design. The iron sits on the base at a good angle, and due to the open ended top handle, you just slide your hand onto the iron and away you go.The steam button is under the handle so it is with great ease that you simply hold it in to produce great amounts of steam that will go right through sheets that are folded in 4, no more continually refolding etc, one run is enough.On the base you can choose from little amounts of steam, to medium or full blast.I have used the iron on linen, cotton, silk, viscose and wool. Everything came up looking as new with so little effort.Also, no spots of water were left on the items.My one complaint is that my glasses steamed up!!I would highly recommend this Morphy Richards 333203 Speed Steam Generator Iron, 3000 W, to anyone who needs to make lighter work of their ironing load.

Value for money when on offer for sure… Is it value for money full price at £199.99 personally no I would not pay that as for Morphy richards… Tefal yes I would! But if your someone who slash’s out a bit on a general iron you may aswell treat yourself to this steam generator…. Makes light of hard work! Just two slight bug bares… You can’t stand it up you have to replace on base each time… And the steam be a little slow forth coming or can just be constant a little hard to find a happy medium or that could just be me but don’t think so as an avid user if steam generators o we the years
