Panasonic Quality at a lower price than you might expect , works as it should , looks and sounds good , fairly easy to set up , probably my only criticism is when you do anything with the control like change channels it always seems to make it such an issue , in stead of just changing channels it always seems to question your decision to do so , just flick over for goodness sake ! overall I am very pleased with it

I like this TV a lot. I’ve always had Panasonic TVs and never had an issue. This is my first TV for quite a while.Good bits:-It’s easy to set up and install the legs. I’m not using mine to watch TV, rather the apps like Netflix and Prime. These work well. The picture is clear, the sound is good. The video experience is immersive and the image quality is good.Bad bits:-If you’re using with any old 1080p blu-Ray players, you need to tinker with the settings quite a bit to get this to work.I like this TV, it’s good value for money, it looks smart and modern, it’s a nice size and the pre-installed apps make streaming easy. I didn’t have a big budget or need for anything overly fancy, so it suited me.

This is a great tv, light, easy to set up, great picture, solid construction 10/10. The sound on this product from just the tv with no additional equipment is amazing. So clear and very loud if needed.

This TV seems to hit a very good price/performance level. The TV has a thin bezel around the outside, but is a bit thicker than some, especially compared to my 2016 Samsung 4K 3D TV I’m comparing it to. That TV was £1600 then. You only need screw on the feet and you’re ready to go. You get a single remote that’s a little fiddly with slightly small and close together buttons in some places you regularly use, yet large buttons where you may not need them. It’s weighted a bit funny too, but usable. All ports for the TV are on the back left hand side (as you look at the screen), facing to the side, so it’s a bit easier to put flush against a wall if you need to mount it like that. All simple stuff with satellite/freeview inputs and 3 HDMI ports.Picture quality is rather good, when you remove the eco mode. Originally it had settings to full contrast, very bright but the eco mode made it look rather washed out. Turn that off (with the annoying “it may use more power” message) and it jumps into life. It’s clear, bright and certainly 4K. HDR seems effective, with a little playing about the dark areas are proper dark, not grey.Setup generally is very easy though, and even the Wi-Fi connection was through WPS, so I only had to press a button on my router to get it to sync up. No passwords required.Sound is excellent, certainly very loud with 6-7 level as much as my Samsung at 24. It’s pretty clear and the stereo does a good surround sound imitation, with noises sounding like they come far away from the TV.Only a few niggles, such as the HDMI thinking my Humax PVR can only put out 720P, not 1080P for some reason. I change the mode, but it thinks the PVR is limited to 720P so it puts it back. A bit frustrating and may be possible to overcome but I’m not convinced. Also the sound level from my PVR doesn’t work now, I have to change volume with the TV remote, it just ignores the variable PVR sound and does what it wants. Interestingly it doesn’t stop sound when you pause, you get 2s of extra sound, then when you unpause you get 2s of quiet picture.Menu isn’t too bad, a little fiddly at times and it’s easy to select the wrong feature initially, but that’s partly familiarity. It’s quite responsive and has most features you’d want, including FreeView play, all the apps you’re likely to need. It runs on Linux, like my old TV which may or may not be good. It’s quick but my old Samsung didn’t get updates for ITVX for example, so I now have to use a FireStick for that. I think Android may be more future-proof as the apps are generic, not Linux specific. To be honest, I’ve put this up against a better TV in regards to speed and features, but it holds its own in terms of image quality. It’s certainly very good value and at this price, worthy of 5 stars.

For the money just amazing. Great picture, good sound , good interface. Lot of TV for the price . Happy viewing.

  6. Anthony Hayes

What’s a great picture soon as they put it on I bought a good deal Panasonic always been good I think they’re more better than Samsung’s an ogs for picture clearance and you know you got a good TV that will last for years

  7. A W GOULDING

Great tv for the price. seems as good as my sony bravia which was over twice the price

  8. Jason

Bought for 80 year old mother in law, she was having difficulties hearing the sound properly on per previous (Blaupunkt) TV without a sound bar, and it wasn’t a smart tv so an additional device was needed for apps/players – this was very easy to set up and it’s really helpful that Netflix and Prime apps are included (plus all the regular UK on-demand tv apps) – everything operates from one straightforward remote control, mother in law says the sound is brilliant (soundbar has been dispensed with, as she rarely has to go over 25% on the tv volume), she now only needs one remote control for all her needs – so if she’s happy, I’m happy !

We were highly delighted after installing this TV. The video is amazing. So clear and vibrant without appearing to be over the top. I had trouble finding some of the menus on the remote but that did not detract from the overall experience. Sound is also clear and easy to tweek if you so desire. Arrived on time. Well packed. Highly recommended.

This 65” tv as replaced my 58” tv and I have found while using that the sound from the tv is much better than the older Panasonic. and its a sharper picture than the old one. We are having to relearn all the tricks and discover what certain buttons do. For me it was easy to set up and get viewing. The apps work well as we lost the ITV hub one when it changed so its nice to get the new ITV app again. We watch a lot of Blu Ray discs via our theatre system so sound just the same but a much better picture. A good price and service. A little long winded in delivery.
