I purchased this system as it was within my budget and I’m so glad as its been first class. There are others available but there’s no logical reason to spend more money as this system is amazing for the price point (entry level price but amazing quality).I opted for the 4 camera system. Installation of the system is very straight forward. Firstly mount the cameras then route cables, then follow instructions to plug in and initialise. I’d say only a little DIY knowledge is required for routing the cables.I have it set on my phone so I can veiw any camera, playback previous recordings, alter settings or watch live. The daytime image quality is excellent and the night ones are as good as a system of 3x the price.It’s already paid for itself as recently I had a dishonest delivery driver (not amazon) and was able to forward images to confirm my point and the item was delivered again! I have one camera on the rear of my house set so I get a notification if movement is detected.I needed customer service (due to an oversight on my part) and the problem was sorted out immediately and you can’t get better than that!If I sound like I am recommending this product then it’s because I am! I’ve actually helped 2 family members set up identical Sansco systems purchased from Amazon and they’re delighted with them.I like the fact you can obviously see/record images past and live, easy to send these files but also the cameras act as a deterrent as they’re obviously visible during the day and when dark you can see the ring of infrared LEDS.I don’t write reviews but I’d recommend if you need a cctv system then you won’t go wrong with this, just buy it and have that added level of security to your property.

I purchased this setup just over a year ago and it is great. It’s really easy to install and has really good image quality. There is also great support available from the company if you have any questions. Amazing value for money – I would highly recommend this product!

I purchased this unit to replace an older security camera system, and I am extremely pleased with the quality of this system. The camera was easy to install with straightforward instructions., and you can connect via the app so you can check your cameras anytime via your smart phone. The cameras provide great HD images during the day, and also works really well at night and the motion detection is an added reassurance. You can also zoom in on playback, all made easier with the mouse that is included. You can also upload saved playbacks to a memory stick. The cables for each camera were great too with ample length to be connected to the DVR. Anytime I have contacted SANSCO customer service they have been extremely helpful in resolving any queries I have had. Overall, the system is great value for money, easy to install and use and I would and have recommended this product to friends and family.

I bought this unit to replace an out-dated security camera system, and am very pleased with it. The installation was straightforward – but make sure that you install the cables the correct way around as it is incredibly annoying to find that you cannot connect the camera having threaded a cable to it. Setup also very straightforward, including getting it to work on the app.The cameras provide a very good HD image, and work well at night. Only problem is that spiders love them and you need to regularly uses a fluffy duster on a long stick to stop the reflection from the infra-red light obscuring the night-time image. But this is a general CCTV problem that I have learned to live with.I needed to contact their technical support to clarify a point of installation, and was pleasantly surprised to get a very quick and helpful response. Thank you – I wish other suppliers could be as helpful.Overall, I believe the system to be technically sound and good value for money.

Great product, this is my second system upgraded from 2 cameras to 4 cameras. System brilliant cameras excellent view, would highly recommend.Had a slight issue 2 weeks ago with the hard drive, contacted there customer support, they contacted me back in under 24 hours, they ret to try a few things to fix the issue. This did not solve the issue. Contact them again, they got back almost immediately with an offer of a new hard drive system free of charge.There customer support services went above and beyond my expectations, which is almost rare nowadays.I would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family and any one considering an alarm system to buy from this company.WELL Done SANCOThank you Joh
