So much better than my previous dyson. Actually gets into the carpet and picks up everything. We vacuum quite regularly and this thing still seems to fill the tank after 1-2 trips round the house. Suction is great and picks up all hairs and everything from rugs and carpets and the deodoriser works surprisingly well at giving a fresh smell as you go.The only negative I have is that it does sometimes get a little fiddly removing the liftaway as the wires and wand gets all caught up and it can be a little on the heavy side for some. Otherwise, great vacuum. Will likely go Shark all the time now!

This vacuum is so much quieter than our previous Shark UK600 model…it’s noticeably quieter which really is appreciated.In my opinion the power cable is on the wrong side, which has already led to a few trips and incidents of me yanking the vacuum because the cord was caught up.It is noticeably more powerful than our previous Shark, and is on par with our 16 year old Dyson DC40…aka the tank!All in all I think this is a well built, high quality vacuum cleaner that is certainly worthy of its price.

I have had a Dyson and a cordless Shark and this one is better, although corded still very adaptable being able to remove the motor part and carry round to do all the knocks and crannies

This vacuum is fantastic, it brought the pile back up on my carpet and made them look new again, although it is heavier than my last one which was cordless it is so easy to manoeuvre and the light is a bonus, can’t fault it at all, am really pleased with it.
