Firstly – I ordered this after viewing loads of online sites recommending 1 or the other screens – QLED – OLED etc.I am very glad I chose this one!I have to say that the 1st TV arrived and after unpacking endless polystyrene and cardboard I found the screen had a large crack in it and only half the screen was viewable!Amazon customer service was extremely helpful and arranged for a pick up of the damaged set and a replacement both at the same time 3 days later so they get stars for that!Once the 2nd set arrived and the same endless packaging removed (But this time it did it’s job!) I found the TV very easy to set up following simple instructions on paper as well as on the set and about 45 minutes later was all complete. It has a very sturdy stand – needed for a 65″ screen and looks great.Picture wise I couldn’t be happier – not grainy, no lag etc. The dark colours are all comfortably handled and the standard sound output was a vast improvement on my last LG 55″ set.I have now plugged this into a Samsung soundbar (via eARC) and I am impressed on that front too.It does deserve the 94% score I saw on some review sites and for roughly £700 provides all the connectivity you could want. Not used it with a console yet but I have read that’s were it excels too.

I really was reticent about buying a big TV, and I really didn’t want to spend a fortune. TV is just TV to me, and after having the same TV for the past 14 years, anything I bought was going to be better. I chose this for price, and the reviews. It is a great size, nice and thin, all the features you need, and a fantastic picture. Easy to setup and use. I wish it had Apple compatibility, but nothing that ruins the experience. Very, very happy with my choice, and delivery was quick and easy. Highly recommended for people looking for great quality without breaking the bank balance.

I am very happy with the TV. The picture quality is amazing and sound quality is brilliant. Everything about the TV is brilliant. I would recommend it to anyone

I noticed many of the reviews were for lesser models and I was really trying to find out as much as possible about this TV before buying so hopefully this may help you decide. The TV was well packaged, the stand seems flimsy but it works, the screen looks good and you have to peel a full screen cellophane off which is very satisfying. The picture is very good, the sound is avarage TV sound, it does but I bought a second hand Sony soundbar which is great, it connects really easily although the ARC connection won’t work so I’m using optical and two controllers(well three with the firestick). The menus are easy to navigate.I was replacing a high end but old Samsung and I was concerned about this make. I have to say, where it matters this TV delivers, I took some pics of the display, the camera shows lines that aren’t normally visible so don’t worry if you see them, it’s hard to take a good pic of a screen. It’s interesting because at £650 you have options, I would say this must be one of the best pictures for that money equivalent to 1k* Samsungs I’ve seen.Time will tell on reliability and the 2 year warranty gives at least a little hope.Gaming is very good, can’t fault a single thing in that area. Also it’s exceptionally bright(if you want it to be) and the blacks really stand out if you know what I mean.Considering the price I give this TV a solid 8.5/10 and wholeheartedly recommend it.

It was time for me to upgrade a 5 year old LG TV, as it didn’t support Dolby Atmos natively and started to feel quite slow as well (blame the companies for not providing feature/firmware updates for older TV’s). QLED is the next big thing in panel technology, if you don’t wanna spend hundreds more for an OLED, this is a nice alternative beside Samsung QLED’s (although for much less)Design – the bezels are so much thinner than my older LG TV, it looks really sleek and modern. Small TCL logo in the center, small Onkyo logo in the right hand side. Subtle, simple design, not a fan of the brushed silver look on the chin, prefer matte black so it can blend with anything. The remote is my least favorite thing. This is probably the thinnest and longest remote in human history. It’s beyond me who thought this is what people want in their hands, it’s a prime example of bad use of space and features. It has a single shortcut button for Netflix – that’s it. No Prime, no Disney+, no Youtube. At least the buttons feel tactile and has a soft touch feel, doesn’t feel like a flimsy piece of plastic.Wifi – had zero issues connecting to the internet, first I tried by wire as I had issues with the wifi on my LG prior. I was surprised how fast this TV is on Wifi, I almost got the full speed out of my Virgin fibre internet, one less cable for me, now my TV is wifi only.Packaging – came fairly well packaged, but I can see why so many people received the item broken, it’s not really delivery proof. There was some nasty tape applied around the edges of the tv, it’s been difficult to remove, left a sticky residue, had to carefully clean with a microfibe cloth. TCL has something to learn from major manufacturers, this is not how you should present your product for the first time buyers.Features – this is my first encounter with the Android TV OS, nothing terribly wrong, or great about it. It has all the features I need, and feels fast enough, with some occasional lag (this can be down to the TV’s cheap quad core CPU), it’s more than usable for an average person, can be customized and it has a decent app store. Dolby Atmos/eARC was one of the main selling features for me, 3x HDMI 2.1 ports is a nice bonus, although the panel is 60hz only, but at this pricepoint, not a dealbreaker. It has all the ports a modern TV should have, no complaints. The menu is quite simple, some features are hidden so worth the time exploring every option as it can greatly improve the picture quality, I recommend turning off/down any motion smoothing, sharpening, noise reduction.Sound – the built in speakers are surprisingly good, I guess the Onkyo branding is not just a gimmick after all. You can easily get away with the built in speakers once tuned in the menu, they are clear and plenty loud with a surprising amount of bass. It’s obviously not going to compete with any dedicated Atmos soundbar/speaker, but quite nice to have this decent of a sound at this pricepoint. The Atmos decoding works well with my Sharp Atmos soundbar via eARC HDMI, no complaints there.Picture – we all have different taste in picture quality, some prefer warmer tones, some might want super saturated punchy colors. Out of the box this TV is quite good, but I had to make several tweaks until I was happy with it. This might be a limiting factor, as not everyone is capable/willing to dig deep in the settings menu looking for the perfect as possible picture balance. This QLED panel is superior compared to my old LG TV, the only section where it lacks is viewing angles, (the LG had an IPS panel, so excellent viewing angles, but not as deep blacks by the nature of the panel), there’s a slight color shift when viewing from the side, not a dealbreaker for me. Dolby Vision and HDR in general working very well, such a treat to watch HDR documentaries on Netflix, with a good audio system it’s really surprising how much value you get for the price, which is really nice considering other major brands how much charge for a QLED TV.Verdict – there’s plenty of better TV’s out there, but usually for much more money. This TV packs all the features and then some more to be a perfect candidate for anyone who’s looking for a nice TV without breaking the bank! Despite all it’s flaws, quite hard to nitpick when this thing cost 350£. The 2 year warranty gives you a piece of mind at least, this is my first encounter with TCL, I can highly recommend this TV to anyone for the price!

I had a 55″ Hisenes 4K TV . And it was OK. However it was to big for my room. I only had it for a year but decided to trade it in and get a 43″ TV. After a bit of Research I decided to purchase TCL QLED 4K TV and I’m glad. It is alot better than the Hisense I had before. Super picture. Super sound. Great when using Spotify. Why go for big brand names

I bought this to use as a PC monitor and it hasn’t disappointed. Nice clear picture with accurate colours and nice big screen. Very happy with it.

TV is superb and really good value for the money. Only downside was the delivery byDPD. They did not deliver it to me even though I was in they took it to my neighbour two doors down, fortunately they are honest and came and told me. DPD need to employ delivery drivers who can read numbers.

The media could not be loaded. Your not getting those stunning OLED type views you see in a showroom but for the price it’s pretty close. 75inch qled with120hz gaming mode. Really happy with delivery and was easy enough to set up. Had me worried with all these negative reviews with cracked screens or weird dark and light spots but this has been great. Only downside is I probably went too big for my living room. And the processing is a bit sluggish on start up. Overall a great experience. And as for build quality, the 75 inch one is made of a metal body and legs so very sturdy. Probably could have laid it on the box to put the stand on myself as there was almost 0 screen flex at that size. But I’d go for 65″ in the future as my living room is now a mini IMAX theatre.
