Haden as we know it today was founded in 1958 after Denis created his own, separate company, D.H. Haden Ltd. to focus his efforts on manufacturing kettles.

We looked around for some time for a new kettle and when I found this one I liked the design it has all round glass and all controls are on the base that means no switch on the actual kettle that I did like also the different temperatures, keep warm function, fast boil and beeping when boiled I thought a great design.

I love everything about this kettle. 4 temperature settings, the stay warm feature, the size, how quickly it boils and it’s pretty when it lights up. Really good price too. Well recommended. My son is a tea nerd and suggested this kettle after doing research and he’s definitely picked a winner.

I love this kettle, it boils fast & is quieter than my old one. My brother has the Ninja and I can’t see any difference with this one other than the price. The keep warm feature works well and although I don’t drink Tea there are different boil temps for this.Nice pour spout and doesn’t overspill like some – looks great in my kitchen.I’m made up with this purchase.

Absolutely brilliant kettle. Very easy to fill to the correct amount so no heating unwanted water.Choice of temperatures so no energy wasted boiling water when tea or coffee does not require it. Beeps when water is ready.

Quick to boil and quiet. If you are buying this because of it’s low noise reputation, you will find it is quite noisy to start with, but then it gets quieter over time and the more you use it. After 3-weeks average use, you can barely hear it.

3 months review. Very smart looking and a practical kettle. Didn’t find anything better on Amazon at this price point. No issues. 3kW boils fast.If boiling smaller amounts, ~1-3 mugs of water, 300-1000ml, it boils to over the desired temperature, by about 10°C, but I suspect it’s standard for this type of a kettle. When the thermostat kicks in and switches the kettle off the water still heats up for a couple more seconds, hence extra ~10°C.So when making 1-3 mugs my solution is to select the lower temperature to get the actual desired temperature – select 70°C button to get ~80°C for brewing coffee.Select 90°C, you’ll get a 100°C and the kettle switches off quickly, without boiling the water for another 6 seconds. So still works well for me.

Easy to fill with removable lid.Keep warm and temp setting remain same next time you use kettle so have to reset ,Old kettle used to reset to default 100° boil.Not issue once used to it.would recommend this kettle.
