Picked this up for my parents on prime day for the bargain price of £119 and have to say well impressed with it and it replaces a 10+ year old 37″ LG tv and can notice the quality straight away in the picture even while just watching standard definition TV. So far so good and would recommend this tv set. The only downside is you have to be logged into an Amazon account by the locks of it to use all the features but that shouldn’t be a problem seeing as nearly everyone has one. When you get the TV as another reviewer mentions that the display setting to standard as it comes set to energy saving so the colours and picture aren’t great but this is resolved by changing the setting

Great TV, especially for the price I paid (£120 on sale). The only issue I had were the holes for the legs were stripped, so screwing them in was impossible. I even tried using a drill but that didn’t work. I resorted to using hot glue, which has done the job.The picture quality is great, no dead pixels and the colours are vibrant.Amazon need to improve their quality control as I would be mad if I paid full price for it and couldn’t get the legs on but for £120, I can’t argue really.

Bought this at a special discount on Prime day at exceptional value for money. The features and apps are extensive providing easy access to both free and paid for content. I find that the sound quality (as is the case with so many tvs now) is not that good but this is easily rectified with the addition of a sound bar. The only real quibble I have is with the remote control. It’s a bit flimsy and quite small. It also uses Bluetooth technology which means you can’t replace it with a one for all remote. Otherwise I can’t fault this tv for the price.

Never had a bedroom tv before. I can’t fault this tv in any way the image is clear and natural it’s not deeply very saturated in colour and fake. I assume if you wanted the colours deeper you could change them. It has a quick response time and Dolby audio. Some complain about sound but it’s great in my opinion. Have not used live TV option though so I don’t know about the quality of that but for the prime day price I am more than happy and would recommend.

Got this on prime day for a brilliant price, TV is amazing, good sound for a flat screen and the picture is superb, UHD content is brilliant , better than other TVs at higher price points… more than happy, and of course it’s Amazon so it just integrates with all my Alexa’s around the home

The media could not be loaded.  I’m actually blown away by how good this TV is. The picture quality is genuinely fantastic and as good as any TV I have ever had. All while this was bought for £299 on prime day.Pros -Fantastic quality pictureHas all the apps you could wantSystem is easy to navigateLightweight, so easy to moveHas legs so can stand on a unitCons -A little slow loadingYou have to download every app, even the ones already on the home screen, you have to download properly which is time consumingOverall, would gladly recommend and buy again if I could

I’ve been having a few connection issues where it refuses to connect to 5ghz, and I do with it could airplay directly to HomePods, but the fact it connect to HomeKit is really nice, but I have an Apple TV connected anyways, and unfortunately my lights won’t connect to Alexa without an echo device, so sadly the features I don’t really use personally. Depends on your use case, but as a tv, it’s really good, super crisp, and with time put into calibrating, the colour looks really good too

Having got this TV on a prime day deal for a ridiculous price my expectations weren’t all that high. The TV has far exceeded my expectations though. The picture quality is very good as is the sound. The interface and navigation are outstanding and put my previous Samsung to shame. The build quality doesn’t feel all that good but once it’s in place you don’t notice build quality.I’m not too sure I’d have been as impressed if I’d have paid full price, there’s better TVs out there for £300 but if you can get it on any sort of deal then go for it.

Bought the 42″ 4 series during prime day sale for £119. What a steal!Picture quality is excellent. It can be a slightly laggy between remote presses, but not frustratingly so.Recommended if you can get it in a sale

Really happy with this. Bought the 55″ via the pre-order discount, though it arrived later than promised because Amazon had it “Dispatching Now” for well over 24 hours, but we won’t get into that here 🙄So far with everything I’ve tried – including Prime Video, YouTube, Twitch and various TV catch up apps, Blu ray player etc, the picture is really fantastic (though bear in mind this replaces a 720p TV from the stone age!) – so, absolutely no complaints at all regarding picture quality.I can’t comment on the built in speakers, since I have not used them, and instead have the TV hooked up to a receiver for surround sound via the optical out, which works great and I’ve had no issues with that either. The TV/remote can be configured such that the receiver is automatically switched on and off along with the TV and the volume controls on the remote seamlessly control the volume on the receiver. That was really easy to set up and basically just worked (had to select the receiver brand and answer a couple of onscreen questions – job done). The menus and navigation are generally responsive and easy to use. I would say it’s certainly worth spending a while getting familiar with the options and such – especially say, the fact that picture settings are per input / per app. Also tried out Amazon’s streaming game service Luna with the TV using a wireless XBox controller. That all seemed to work great too 👍The build quality has been described elsewhere as being cheap and plasticy… that’s probably true to be fair. But at the end of the day it’s bolted to the wall and it not likely to get directly interacted with physically ever again, so whether it’s made out of plastic or 1/4″ steel plate is largely irrelevant to me. If you intend to abuse your set, then this maybe something to take into consideration 🤷‍♂️
