    Bought this to replace the ceramic pot I have been using for 20 years. Although there are only the two of us now, I like this size for cooking joints and whole chicken. It is Morphy Richards at it’s best, simple, durable and reliable. The light-weight pot is a joy to use and clean.

    I love the fact you can brown your food on the hob in the ceramic container then transfer straight to the slower cooker. It’s not too big, very lightweight. I recently made a sausage casserole for 5 big eaters. Browned the sausages first in the ceramic container then transferred straight to the slow cooker adding the rest of the ingredients, and left it nicely cooking on low for a few hours. Also very easy to clean unlike my last one which was huge and weighed an absolute ton, mind you I’d had it for so many years

    This slow cooker is a good size for 2/4 people. With it not been really big in size it fits into a cupboard easy and it’s so light. It’s so easy to use, it has 3 heat settings and off all on one switch. You can use the pan on the hob, in the oven or under the grill. It’s so easy to clean. It looks nice and comes in different colours. I bought when it was on offer so was a great price. I would buy another one of these, I can’t recommend it enough.

    This has got to be the best slow cooker I have owned. It’s lightweight, easy to clean, and I love that I can brown my meat on the oven hob without using extra pans. Such a good buy and good value for money

    I love this slow cooker. It’s much lighter and far more practical to use than my previous crock slow cooker. It’s very handy to be able to seat the meat then put straight in slow cooker feature.

    Bought this model about 5 years ago and have been really pleased with it’s performance. My old one has become a bit scratched on the inside bowl (through our misuse) and so I decided to get a replacement. Have been using the new one for rice puddings only, and the old one for stews and curries, pulled pork etc. Will eventually dispose of the old one as it becomes more scratched and use the new one only.

    I ordered at about 8:45am 19/6/24 and was using it by 3:45pm. I already had a 3.5L Morphy Richards slow cooker, only that one’s red so I knew how good they were. I recently bought another make as I wanted a 8L large slow cooker as I batch cook but I hadn’t given a thought to how heavy it would be with food in it. It’s just a shame it wasn’t like the new one with an aluminium bowl. I’ll still use it but hope Morphy Richards might take notice and do a larger model. Another plus is that you can use it on the hob and its dishwasher safe along with the lid. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.
