Getting Started – Plug & Play

Step 1

Press the ON/OFF button to switch on the Arctic Air. (This only needs to be done once)

There motion alarm will sound one short beep and the detection lens will light up red

Step 2

To arm the PIR motion alarm press the “Arm” button.

The Arctic Air will atomically enter into its armed status after 3 seconds

Step 3

The Arctic Air motion sensor is operational and will now sound an alarm if motion is detected

    Bought to use in a woodworking shed, fits well in a corner and does the job. Add in a USBC and run it from mains for long term use, loud when inside the shed, can be removed simply enough if the intruder spots it, but it does what you need, provides a shock to them and alerts you to the intrusion.Remote works well, happy – although would have liked an alarmed sticker to be included…

    It only took 30 seconds AFTER an installation time of less than 5 minuets, to realise it’s numerous potential areas of use, and that this little Mydome Motion Sensor device had got a BIG heart. Excellent Accuracy of detection areas, exceptional high pitch sound, on Alarmed activation that is, all complimented by an EASY to use mini portable control pad, and a first class company customer service, so I immediately purchased another one. Not had long enough to rate battery life.Thank you.

    This system was very easy to set up, even if you have to go through some terrible tunes to find one that you can live with! Fitting screws are provided and I even got a free doorbell included. The ability to set different sounds to separate sensors and the bell is extremely useful and so far seems to work reliably. I can’t comment on battery life but I assume it will depend on the number of activations.In all this seems a nicely put together system, only time will tell if it copes with the British weather.
