So far this iron is doing a great job. I have ironed all the usual range of clothing with really fantastic results. This iron is light but kicks out enough steam power to more than deal with household laundry. The cable length is ideal and filling the water tank is simple. Storage is good for me because it replaces another similar iron which I had for about eight years, so it takes up the same space.I have found it to be a very good replacement and hope it can last as long as the previous one.

This was the 3rd time we had chosen this type of steam iron.Our first was a Philips and provided us with many years of satisfactory use. On finally needing to replace it we selected a Russell Hobbs from Amazon. It proved to be a considerable disappointment as it didn’t provide steam as it was needed – there was a delay in its generation and this made the process of ironing too slow and extremely frustrating.Happily Amazon’s returns policy meant that we could parcel it up and return it free of charge and with a minimum fuss.We have now just taken receipt of a super Philips iron that is a delight to use. Having instantaneous steam at your fingertips makes all the difference. Although appreciably more expensive than the Russell Hobbs product it has proven to be well worth the additional cost.

What a bargain, compact steam generator this is..ironing is a breeze with this machine, the steam boost is brilliant for those tough jobs, it is also auto off if you leave it for a short time..it’s light and far more compact than sone of the bulkier machines and a real bargain..there are lots of similar irons that are twice the cost of this but I cannot imagine any of them doing a better job…it’s a real no brainer..it’s a little more than a standard iron but the ease at which it can get through your pile of ironing is well worth that extra…you will not be sorry you purchased this iron..

I love that is changes the temperature to the fabric it’s amazing 👏 I also got it at a great price on offer 👍 it doubled up as a vertical steamer it is easy to use 😀 no water leaks

This is my first steam generator iron and it made my life so much easier, is literally reduced my ironing time by half. The only thing I don’t really like is that whenever I make a crease with the iron by mistake is really hard to get rid of it but I believe this is a common thing for steam generator irons. It is incredibly powerful, you can use it on an ironing table or vertically, I don’t even use distilled water and it works great. A really good value for money and I doesn’t leak water at all. Overall I am really happy with the purchase and wouldn’t go back to a standard iron.

Everyone loves this iron. The steam is brilliant for quick ironing once warmed up and clothes never get burned, even if the iron is laid flat whilst being in use.

I’ve used this a few times now and I love it. I’ve used steam generators for years but this one is special. It’s a pretty “smart” iron, it changes the temperature as you iron, I was a little nervous at first but no need. I can also confirm that you can rest of face down on the ironing board and it doesn’t burn the surface. It is lighter than my previous one, the cords are easy to show away and also the only part that gets hot is the iron itself. This definitely deserves 5 stars
