  1. Matt M.

After I accidently poisoned my old iron with descaler (RIP) I had to buy a new one!Had this for a good few months now and still works as if it’s just come out of the box!Just a tip – don’t use descaler solution in these irons! You will kill it very quickly – to help with scale the iron does have a function to attempt to remove it but to further help I use deionised water which has massively helped!Overall providing you don’t decide to accidently damage it, it’s truly an amazing iron!

  2. Heather Watson

Has made short work of my ironing and really helped me as a disabled person maintain my independence. Easy to use while I’m in my wheelchair which makes the chore of ironing easier. I leave mine on the worktop as the only downside is I find it slightly heavy to move around when the iron is on the base.

  3. Mrs. J. A. Russell

Love this but cannot believe how it senses what material you iron. There is no temperature control and i have gone from jeans to silk with no problem, makes ironing so easy and a great orice

  4. sarah couchman

I was disappointed with my last iron. Paid £90 and it was a waste. This iron is perfect, i love the automatic temperate control and the self cleaning process. I do a lot of ironing and it says to clean every 3 months but 3 weeks in and i needed to run the cleaning process – i have very hard water where we live.

  5. J1234

This is easily the best iron I’ve owned. Its compact (for a steam generator), quiet, light, easy to use and irons well. No fiddling with temperature, just fill with water, turn it on and away you go, the iron sorts the rest. Irons everything I have without issue from heavily creased linen to delicates without fuss.

  6. nicholas pemberton

    So far so good

  7. joanne mckenzie

Absloutly fantastic but of kit for the home .

  8. Ian M.

Uses less water that previous iron. Lighter and auto temperature works 100%.

  9. gordon button

    Good value for money

  10. SM

Pros*Really compact*Easy to refill water – just buy a plastic jug*Glides away creases swiftly so speed through a load*No need to constantly adjust temp*Non-stick (REALLY non-stick unlike ones that say they) looks brand new after a month*Click locks to the base so easy to store away*Don’t have to put iron back in base whilst using – you can leave it flat on the board – took me a few goes to get used to that but really love it now*Beeps when ready to use and heats up quicklyConsThe plug wire is too shortThere is a small delay between pressing for steam and the steam blasting but I think that might have something to do with the iron doing its magic and figuring out the amount of steam needed? Orrr it could just be a quirk of the iron! Either way its not a bother
