Green Tomato Salsa
1. Place the tomatoes, shallots, peppers, garlic, almonds and oil into the jug and pulse until smooth.
2. Add the avocado and lime then pulse.
3. Add the coriander, seasoning, and pulse again.

Nutty Banoffe Breakfast Cup
1. For the peanut butter; Blend until the nuts are chopped to a chunky breadcrumb consistency (approx 1-15 secs)
2. Add the honey and salt. Whist the blender is on, remove the cap and slowly add the oil until incorporated and blend until smooth.
3. Mix 4-5 tbsp of peanut butter with Greek yoghurt.
4. To build the cups, first start with some caramel sauce in the bottom, then add some granola followed by some sliced banana then some peanut yoghurt. Repeat and finish with some more caramel sauce.

Strawberry & Basil Iced Gin
1. Add the ingredients to the jug. Place the lid on.
2. Press the ‘icy drinks’ function. When blended, serve in cocktail glasses with a sprig of fresh basil.
