    It is easy to use assemble and move around even when the tank is full it is reasoably lightweight .I like the wet and dry function. Great suction and even on wet mode it is not soaking wet mine dried within 2 hours on deep clean on dry mode I was walking on it with half and hour.but I am assuming this will vary on the type of carpet you have. Easy to take apart for cleaning after use.my one little quibble would be that when using the hand held tube you have to first spray, in this case my chair , then suck up with the hose. It does not work the same as it does on carpet. As regards to efficiency it does the job nicely I don’t have anything to compare it to but I am very happy with the end result. Finally the cleaner that comes with it works well and smells lovely whilst not been overpowering .I can 💯 recommend thos for household use .well worth the money

    I am always very skeptical as to whether these types of products will live up to their hype but given the state of our carpets and rugs with 3 kids I decided to try it as had to be cheaper than paying someone to come round on repeat.I got to say it worked brilliantly. It removed all the stains from the carpet (which are light coloured) and also throughly cleaned the deep pile rug we have which was once cream and was slowly turning grey!What surprised me was how strong the suction was. I have a top brand vaccum cleaner but it clearly hadn’t been working as well as I thought as the Shark CarpetXPert picked up so much fluff and hair ( which took me awhile to clean out of the machine at the end).The drying function works quite well on carpets leaving them feeling only a little damp but the deep pile rugs were a little wetter.The machine is really easy to put together and very easy to take apart to wash the various parts after a deep clean.Only downside is it quite heavy to lug around.Definitely a great well priced purchase.

    Well what can I say apart from an amazing piece of kit, would definitely recommend to anyone. It’s so easy to set up and use, took about 5mins from unboxing to assembly. I used it on our old carpet to test it before I put out new carpet down and I was amazed at how well it cleaned it up and was also impressed with the dry function. The carpet was dry to walk on in about an hour. I had a Vax carpet cleaner before this and it worked well but this shark one is a clear winner. Amazing product

    This a super impressive steam cleaner. Great to use & visible results! My only negative is both the tanks are small, You have to stop frequently to empty the dirty water tank. It does pick up everything. Dries fast & it’s worth the investment. Next stop my sofas!

    So easy to assemble and use and also to clean afterwards. Easy to use and definitely does the job. I think I may have overdone it at first as took longer to dry – but practice makes perfect. Better than other makes I’ve tried and much easier.

    Already have a Shark hoover, and delighted with how much dog hair that sucks up. Have a black Labrador and the shedded fur really shows up on our carpets.This Shark carpet cleaner, (having vacuumed using the Shark hoover as the recommended first stage), is absolutely amazing, and exceeded my expectations. Was amazed how dirty and quickly the dirty water tank filled up, and how much black dog fur was also still removed from the carpet, when emptying the tank.Then went over using just the Dry mode, and thoroughly pleased how dry this left the carpets after. It has only taken another hour or so so be dry enough to walk on!!So pleased, have done the landing, and how the downstairs hallway today, and will have to buy more carpet cleaner solution to do the living room.Oh, the solution smells lovely too!

    Iv been looking for awhile for a good carpet cleaner to clean my bedroom carpets so please I went for them one it lifted so much dirt out the carpet left them looking clean an smelling fresh. Easy to clean after use has a handy handle you an use for the stairs or sofa. Would recommend.
