TV did not work, as the remote didn’t turn it on, due to the tv button not being in the correct place as per the manual and almost impossible to find as it was hidden underneath. However Amazon product support were very helpful and found the hidden button for us and the TV now works. Thanks very much for the indispensable telephone assistance.

In the setting up it assists in loading apps, when you switch on the fire Tv screen comes up so most things are on screen to select including inputs to select digital Tv and dvd player etc enhancements on sound and picture mean clear sound and picture.
