About this item COMPACT SLOW COOKER – Cook delicious meals for yourself and family/friends with this 3.5 litre capacity slow cooker. Using only 200W of power, it makes cooking hassle-free while efficiently saving energy costs for every meal. The cooker’s exterior features cool touch handles and non-slip feet on the base. REMOVABLE POT & LID – Cooking can be monitored thanks to the toughened, transparent glass lid, and the ceramic cooking pot can also be safely removed once the food inside is ready to eat. This allows you to bring the pot to a table, making serving convenient. 3 TEMPERATURE SETTINGS – Customise your cooking experience using 3 different temperature settings; the ‘high’ setting cooks food for 6-8 hours, the ‘low’ setting cooks for 2-4 hours, and the ‘keep warm’ temperature simply keeps food hot after cooking until it’s ready to eat later on. EASY CLEAN – The removable pot carries an additional benefit in that it is dishwasher safe, and therefore very easy to clean. Alternatively, the pot can be emptied out, washed, and dried before it is ready to use again. The exterior of the slow cooker can also simply be wiped clean.     Well made and working well with meat and vegetables. The ‘Crock Pot’ washes out easily after use and is just the right size for a family of two.

    I have only used this cooker for beef and chicken stews so far and the results have been amazing. My mouth is watering just writing this review. A little preparation in the morning is required but after that you can leave it to do it’s thing until you are ready to eat that evening. The meat and vegetables are always well cooked and meat melts in the mouth. I added dumplings in the last half hour in a beef stew recently and cooked them on high and they were light and fluffy. Delicious. The crock is the ideal size for two people providing a decent sized meal for each person and very easy to clean. Follow the cleaning instructions. Being small it sits nicely on the countertop out of the way when not in use or wouldn’t take up much room in a cupboard or on a shelf. It wasn’t expensive to buy and the cost of using it is minimal compared to an oven cooked stew and in my opinion the results are far better. Definately10/10.

    This slow cooker is more than ample for my families needs, we use it a few times every week. It cooks a little faster than my previous slow cookers, which could be seen as a pro or a con. For me its a pro. The internal bowl is very roomy and easily cooks up great tasting healthy stews, casseroles and is easy to clean. I’m very pleased with mine as stated. However, do take into account my previous comment about the speed of cooking. Another con I have found, as the lid does not have a vent, it can cause the lid to rattle a little. I fold up a paper towel and put it just under the edge of the lid, which prevents the rattling. I had tried wooden spoons etc to slightly lift the lid too. If you are looking for a good quality and reasonably priced cooker, then I would recommend this to anyone, especially larger families.

    Ive wanted one of these for ages and the large 5 litre pot allows me to bulk cook curries, stews and soups to freeze down for those quick meals when I don’t have much time. I don’t know how I got by without one for so long. The price is an absolute steal, especially when you look at the cost of other slow cookers. Highly recommended.
